Martial ArtsThe purpose of Martial Arts training is to keep students’ having good health. It also trains students’ cooperation and will power. The training focuses on using Wudang Taichi Boxing ,Wudang Taichi Sword,Wudang breathing and wild goose breathing,rod,spear and sword. This kind of training does activates students interest and motivation.
